Terms

Welcome to EpicPartyGame.com! These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules governing the use of our website and services. Please read them carefully.

Welcome to Epic Party Game

The services, products, and features on the EpicPartyGame.com platform (the "Service") connect participants with live hosts in online and in-person events, providing interactive opportunities that may include contests (games of skill) where participants can win real prizes.

The entity providing the Service is One Way Tek, LLC (referred to as “One Way Tek”, “Epic Party Game”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Legal correspondence may be sent to our registered agent:

Whether you are playing for fun, joining a contest, or just exploring, we’re excited to have you here!

Accepting These Terms

By using the Service, you agree to follow these Terms. You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account on the Service. If you’re under 18, you’ll need your parent or guardian’s permission to participate, especially for contests with prizes.

We also have a Privacy Policy that explains how we collect and use your personal information. By using the Service, you (and your parent or guardian, if you’re under 18) agree to those practices, too. You can find the current Privacy Policy here: https://www.epicpartygame.com/privacy/.

Your Account

To use certain features, including participating in some contests, you’ll need to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service if you’re under 18.

If you are utilizing the Service for a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to act for that entity and that it agrees to this Agreement.

Keep your login details secure—you are responsible for anything that happens under your account.

Let us know right away on our contact form if you think someone else is using your account.

Using the Service

Here’s how the Service works for you:

  • Join contests at events hosted by the Service. Events may allow for anonymous players.
  • Play the games, following instructions from the host and the contest rules.
  • Build accomplishments that can be viewed on leaderboards published on the Service.
  • Your public account information, like nickname and avatar, will be published to Service leaderboards and events.

Content You Create or Upload

If you post advertisement pages, contest entries, or anything else on the Service:

  • You keep ownership of your content.
  • You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it as part of running the Service (e.g., displaying your brand and ads during livestreams).
  • You’re responsible for your content—make sure it’s legal and doesn’t violate anyone’s rights.
  • If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian is also responsible for what you post.

Contests and Prizes

Contests are a big part of the Service. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Eligibility: You must be 13 or older and a legal U.S. resident to join contests. If you’re under 18, you need parental consent to participate and claim prizes. Some contests might have extra requirements, which we’ll list clearly.
  • Rules: Each contest has its own rules, set by the host. Read them before joining.
  • Prizes: Prizes may be awarded as part of contests. They will be described in the game rules, non-transferable, and can’t be swapped for cash unless the rules say otherwise. We will provide winner notification and steps to claim prizes by nickname at events, via the Service, or through the winner’s email address registered with the Service. If you’re under 18, we may need your parent or guardian to claim the prize for you.
  • Taxes: You (or your parent/guardian, if you’re under 18) are responsible for any taxes on prizes you win. For prizes worth more than $600, we might ask for a Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID from you or your guardian for tax reporting.
  • Payments: Some contests have entry fees. We’ll tell you the cost to participate upfront, and fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. If you’re under 18, your parent or guardian must approve any payments.

Contests are void where prohibited by law. It’s up to you (and your parent/guardian, if applicable) to ensure that participating is legal in your area.

Affiliate Links and Sponsorships

We might include affiliate links or sponsored content on the Service. If you click an affiliate link and buy something, we could earn a commission. Sponsored content will always be marked clearly so you know what content is promotional.

Intellectual Property

EpicPartyGame.com, our logos, and our content are ours—please don’t use them without permission. We respect others’ intellectual property, too. If you think someone’s content on our platform violates your copyright, let us know via our DMCA process on our contact form.

Do not upload anything that infringes on anyone else’s rights, like copyrighted material you don’t own.

User Conduct

To keep the Service fun and safe, you agree not to do the following:

  • Break any laws while using the Service.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Pretend to be someone else or create more than one account.
  • Post anything obscene, defamatory, or illegal.
  • Reproduce, download, broadcast, or display any part of the Service or Content.
  • Cheat, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with any part of the Service.
  • Access the Service using any automated means except for public search engines, per Epic Party Game’s robots.txt
  • Misuse reporting, flagging, complaint, dispute, or appeals process.
  • Use the Service other than for personal, non-commercial use.

If you see something inappropriate, use our contact form to let us know. Breaking these rules could get your account suspended or banned.

Termination

We can suspend or end your account if you break these Terms or for any reason we see fit. If that happens, you’ll lose access to the Service, and we may delete your data (though we will keep data we need to offer our service, previously published information, or as required by law—see our Privacy Policy for details).

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request that your private account information be deleted with our contact form.

If your Service account is terminated or your access to the Service is restricted, you may continue using certain aspects of the Service (such as viewing only) without an account, and this Agreement will continue to apply to such use. Your account may also be removed from or marked as disqualified on rankings, results pages, and other Service locations. If you believe that the termination or suspension has been made in error, you can appeal using our contact form.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We provide the Service "as is." That means:

  • We don’t promise it’ll be perfect, uninterrupted, or error-free.
  • We’re not responsible for what other users do or say, including information provided by guests.
  • Live events might expose you to content you don’t like—we can’t control that.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Epic Party Game, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits, opportunities, or goodwill) from (i) your use of the Service; (ii) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of the Service; (iii) interruption or cessation of the Service; (iv) or viruses or malicious code originating from a third-party.

You (and your parent/guardian, if you’re under 18) agree to defend, indemnify and hold Epic Party Game, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any third party right. This indemnification obligation will survive this Agreement and your use of the Service.

Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Limits

All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be governed by Tennessee law and will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts of Chester County, Tennessee. Epic Party Game, You (and your parent/guardian, if you’re under 18), and any company you represent agree to that jurisdiction.

If it turns out that a particular term of this Agreement is not enforceable for any reason, this will not affect any other terms.

If you fail to comply with this Agreement and we do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as the right to take action in the future).

In these terms, “include” or “including” means “including but not limited to,” and the examples provided are for illustrative purposes.

Epic Party Game and its affiliates’ total liability for claims arising from or relating to the Service is limited to the total monetary price you paid for the Service.

You and Epic Party Game agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Service must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.

If your use of the Service ends, the “Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability” and “Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Limits” sections of this agreement will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We might update these Terms as the Service grows. We’ll post the new version on EpicPartyGame.com and let you know about big changes (through email or a notice on the site). If you keep using the Service after the update, that means you (and your parent/guardian, if applicable) are okay with the changes.

Special Note for Parents and Guardians

If your child is under 18 and using the Service, you’re responsible for their actions on the platform. This includes giving permission for them to join contests, claim prizes, or make payments. We may contact you to verify your consent or handle prize distribution.
